The Nitty Gritty!!!

We know it's a pain
having to read through terms of service when all you want to
do is BID! BID! BID! but they are for your benefit as well
as ours. Bidding on our items means that you accept all of
our terms of service. If there is something in particular that
you need to check then click on the links below to take you
to the appropriate section.
Short
Version
Please read the
auction description carefully and in full.
At the end of the
auction we will send you our own "end of auction" email
giving you your total and how to pay etc within 24 hours. Please
reply to this email telling us your method of payment and confirming
your full name and address. If you are bidding on additional
items from us, email us to let us know and we will hold the
item, if you like, to combine postage.
Please make sure
we receive the full amount within 7 days of auction end. If
you are not in the UK make sure you have emailed us for the
postage costs to your country. Make sure you pay the full amount
of postage for your country. Once payment has been received
and cleared, your item will be posted either the same or the
following day. At our own discretion
we may send out items without waiting for cheques to clear.
Please do not email us asking us to do so.
Please email us
to let us know when you have received and inspected your item.
Always include your name, address, item description and auction
number with any correspondence or payment.
Long
Version
The
Auction
Make sure
you read the whole auction properly. We always give an honest
description and as good a photo of the actual item as possible.
If an item has been used we will say so. If original packaging
is damaged or not present we will say so. Sometimes there
are special terms relating to a specific item that are only
mentioned in the auction itself rather than on this page.

Bidding
This
is the exciting part. Will you win or won't you??? Remember
that your bid is a legally binding contract to buy the
item should you win. Make sure you do not bid more than
you want to pay for the item and make sure you take into
account the postage costs. It is easy to get carried away
with an auction and ending up bidding more than you want.
This is the usual reason for non payment.
It
is worth remembering that Ebay will bid on your behalf
by proxy bidding. Rather than being disappointed at the
end of an auction, because you were outbid in the remaining
last few seconds, bid the maximum amount that you are willing
to pay. Ebay will then do the rest for you, by increasing
your bid each time someone else bids against you, until
your maximum is reached. This is the best protection against
snipers (people who wait until the last few seconds before
making a bid usually using software). Good Luck!!!!

be paying and to confirm your full name and delivery address.
Please do this within 3 days of the end of auction.

Postage
There
is nothing worse than finding that perfect item that is
about to finish, but you don't want to bid because the
seller hasn't been bothered to work out the postage. Our
postage costs for the United Kingdom mainland are always
stated clearly in each auction. Depending on the weight
the price will be for either Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal
Mail's Standard Parcel service. If the item is of a higher
value than £27, insurance will be included in the
price to cover in case of loss.Very high value items will
be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. Proof of postage is
always obtained.
We are more
than happy to combine the postage on multiple items. If you
have an interest in any of our other items up for auction
we will happily hold on to the item for you until the auction
you are interested in is over so that the postage can be
combined. Please just drop us a quick email to let us know.
IMPORTANT
If you are outside the United Kingdom
mainland you must email us first to check postage to your
country. Make sure you pay the postage quoted when making
payment, NOT the United Kingdom mainland postage that Ebay
automatically insert in payment. Failure to pay the correct
postage will simply mean a delay in you receiving your
item, NOT you getting cheaper postage.
We endeavour
to post your item as soon as possible. As soon as your payment
is received and cleared we will either post the same day
if possible or the next working day.

Communication
Communication
is important to us. If you have any question at all regarding
our auctions please don't hesitate to email
us. As soon as our auction ends we send you our own after
auction email. This is not an automatically generated impersonal
email. We type it!!! It tells you all you need to know about
payment for your item/s etc. When we receive your payment
we email you to let you know that we have received it and
when we will be dispatching your item.
Equally
we appreciate it if you can keep us up to date too. Please
reply to our end of auction email as soon as possible but
certainly within 3 days. Let us know how you will be paying
and confirm your full name and address. If you are bidding
on more than one of our items and are waiting for that auction
to end before sending payment please email us just to let
us know. Please email us to let us know when your item arrives
too.

Feedback
We take feedback very
seriously. We always leave feedback! The feedback system
is very important. It shows buyers how good or bad a seller
is and it shows sellers how good or bad a buyer is. We do
leave negative feedback for non-paying bidders and enter
them into our Hall
of Shame. This is only done after at least two reminders
have been sent and it is obvious that there will be no payment.
We don't like to leave negative feedback and have rarely
had to do it but equally we do not like non paying bidders
as they cost us valuable time and money.
But I'm sure you're not
a non paying bidder!!! Though we are a young company we are
proud of our feedback. It reflects the service we offer.
Why not take a browse through our feedback record and see
for yourself that you can bid with total confidence.

Returns
We offer complete
peace of mind with our no quibble 7 day peace of mind guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply
email us to let us know. We will give you a return number
that we require you to put on the packaging that you return
the item in. Then send it back in the same condition that
you received it and we will happily refund you. We are UNABLE
to refund postage as we cannot recoup postage costs.
If an item is damaged
in the post you must let us know immediately by emailing
us. We will give you a code to write on the packaging. You
will then need to send it back to us. Once received we will
then make a claim with Royal Mail for damages. Provided the
claim is settled we will make a refund to you. Please be
aware that this can take between 6-8 weeks.

Non
Payment
You probably don't
even need to read this. Quite simply we do not like NPB's
(Non Paying Bidders). NPB's ruin Ebay for everyone. Putting
auctions up on Ebay costs money that is not refunded when
buyers fail to pay and wastes a lot of time. Plus there is
the fact that stock is taking up room for nothing. We expect
to receive payment no more than 7 days after an auction has
ended. If we have not received payment or had any contact
from you after 5 days we will send you a polite reminder.
If after 10 days from the auction end we still have not received
payment we will send you a second and final reminder. If
after 14 days we still have not received any payment or contact
from you we will issue a Non Paying Bidder alert to Ebay.
They will then send you their own reminder. If after a further
7 days you still have not contacted us or paid for the item
you bid on we will leave you negative feedback with a link
to our Hall
of Shame for everyone else to see and file for our FVF's
(Final Value Fees). Ebay will then issue you with a warning.
Three strikes and you're out!!!
On items of £50
or more we will sue at the small claims court for none payment
and for additional costs incurred.
Hall
of Shame
We do not leave negative
feedback lightly. Anyone that we leave negative feedback
for will end up in our Hall of Shame. We feel that while
80 characters is just enough to leave positive feedback (though
not always) it is certainly not enough to leave negative
feedback. So instead we leave the url to our Hall
of Shame where people can read the whole story. We do
not put personal details, such as names or addresses, but
we do put your Ebay User ID up for everyone to see along
with every email that we sent you and you sent us. We also
use the Hall
of Shame to put abusive emails up from people who are
nasty through the "ask seller a question" system.
Please do not email us asking for any other members details
as we will simply refuse to supply them.
If you got
this far then well done and thank you for taking the time
to read our terms of service in full.
